It is also surprising to note that in H P C L ( Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) in 2011 spend as much as Rs 3 crores and more in just Giving Gifts to  Members of Parliament only. I think there is no comment on this point by CA G !!!!!!!! Even Statutory Auditor , no comments!!!!
It is claimed by Company that it is an expense of during business only and business expenditure !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing else!!!
