Damaging the image of CAs by wrong reporting by Amar Ujala

The front page of Amar Ujala Newspaper of 05/06 caries a news of IT at NOIDA at the offices of real estate companies. They have reported that a Chartered Accountant of Kanpur Anil Jayaswal, who acted as a mediator,  is also arrested. 

I have come to know from the ICAI that Anil Jaiswal is not a CA   This wrong reporting is damaging to our image and should be strongly protested.
