Client : A listed organisation in BSE & NSE with an approx turnover of 1100 crs, engaged in broadcasting & digitalization.
Job Title : AGM - Finance
Location : Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi
CTC Budget : up to 15.00 Lacs Per Annum

The person should be proficient at providing comprehensive support to the CFO, based at corporate office in Delhi , Possess a proactive and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.


Job Description

Manage full fledged Accounting & Finance requirement of Joint Venture Company.
Responsible for monthly ledger scrutiny & Reconciliations (Cash, Bank, Debtors, Creditors) including Inter Company.
Responsible for timely monthly/Qtrly book closing and providing monthly Profitability MIS/Cash Flow . As required by the Management
Quarter and annual finalizations of Accounts (Preparing financial statements & Schedules, Notes to Accounts etc.)
Matching of Revenue & Costs, Bills Processing for payments
Critical Evaluation & Analysis of Debtors & Creditors.
Ensure to get the physical verification of Fixed Assets and reconciliation thereof with the books.
Co-ordination & Interaction with Statutory& Internal Auditors.
Implementation of Audit suggestions & developing internal controls.
Taxation
Responsible for deduction & deposition of Entertainment Tax,TDS and Service Tax
Responsible Filing Qtrly / Annual eTDS , Service Tax Returns/ IT Returns.
7-8 Years of post Qualification experience and possess hands-on experience in handling Book keeping, Receivables, Payables,

Education and Experience
A Qualified Chartered Accountant, having minimum 7 years of experience post qualification.
Should be well versed in Financial domain
A people manager & a good coordinator.
Should have good analytical & managing skills.
