Perform or organize the execution of the Supply line Financial Controlling tasks
To make sure all the controls in handling of Inventory in and out of
the factory are foolproof and are in line with the current business
requirements. To suggest and implement further control measures as
required, keeping in mind the changing business environ.
Analysing Pre V/s Post calculations for all factory dispatches, identifying variances, analyzing reasons for the same, highlighting to management on the impact of the same
Analysing the Factory results between the Budget and actual, analyzing the variances
In-charge for the complete material accounting, factory job closing, reviewing all the accounting entries etc. and ensuring smooth closing of accounts
Responsible for all factory material payments to be made on time. No delays but operating within Cash flow targets
Managing the DRO process from supply line perspective
To Manage the complete budget preparation for Capacity Plan of the Factory along with the factory team, analyzing the opportunities, ensuring that the challenging budget is prepared and the same is managed well
Skills Required
