CCM Rajkumar Adukia heckled by CAs in Pune over Nagpur land scam

Our patience has now reached BOILING POINT! We will not spare our elected representatives who come 

to seek votes but refuse to answer questions. Yesterday CCM Rajkumar Adukia was at a CPE event

in Pune to seek votes. Suddenly a group of CAs started asking a few uncomfortable questions on the 

100cr Nagpur land scam and the stand taken by Mr Adukia on the issue. He gave evasive replies

and said " Give me your phone number.. i will call you later.." At that point the CAs lost their temper

and fired CCM Adukia with harsh words. One CA even questioned his contribution to Council in 

last 15 years. Another CA shouted at Adukia  and told him that ICAI' s image has gone to the pits. One more CA said he was ashamed to face his son when he enquired about Nagpur land scam after reading in newspapers.  CAs insisted that CCM Adukia make public his stand but instead he kept quiet and then slowly walked out to escape the fury of CAs.

The LOCAL PUNE CCM did not even attend the meeting probably knowing that he will be asked about Nagpur land deal

and since Pune CCM was one of 5 CCMs who supported Nagpur land scam in Council meeting. 

It is time for ordinary members like you and me to ask CCMs about their contribution and shame them in Public. That

is the only option left to save our PROFESSION which is fast losing its sheen and brand image. A warning for any 

CCM visiting any CPE event in Pune - BE PREPARED TO ANSWER TOUGH QUESTIONS AND FACE MEMBERS FURY.
