Job Description Position: Financial Manager  Job Purpose Reporting to the Head of Finance, India, the Financial Analyst will provide management information, reporting and analysis to the management team in India in order to measure performance, optimise decision making and provide focus on margin enhancing activities.  To support regions performance improvement programmes and initiatives as appropriate. Requirements Qualifications and Experience You should be a Chartered Accountant and possess at least 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar role with regional experience. Technical Knowledge, Skills & Aptitude  ·         High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, desirably Access or other database programme. ·         Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBM) techniques and SAP accounting system would be an advantage. ·         Potential for development ·         Good written skills ·         Fast and independent worker ·         Lateral thinker / problem solver ·         Clear, logical, structured and organised approach ·         Attention to details ·         Completer / Finisher ·         Team player, comfortable in cross-functional environment ·         Culturally sensitive and aware ·         Excellent inter-personal skills Responsibilities Dimensions and Scope 1.       Prepare monthly consolidated management reports and variance analysis. 2.       Generate Revenue & COS, Opex, Post Opex reports 3.       Generate reports for Monthly Operating Reviews. 4.       Assist in the preparation of monthly rolling financial forecasts for all business verticals. 5.       Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan. 6.       Assist in the management and analysis of revenue and cost of sales overlays. 7.       Prepare monthly capex forecast. 8.       Prepare quarterly reconciliation between FDC & Management Report. 9.       Prepare and review quarterly Transfer Pricing template. 10.    Support and deliver ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
