- Prepare Inspection scope, schedule, documents and the Inspection Calendar for the Inspection of Trading Members
- Coordination with broker for carrying out inspection, preparing & sending documents for the same.
- Preparing & sending documents to Auditors to carry out inspection i.e. Inspection Questionnaire, Penalty structure, Trade file, CTCL Report, etc.
- Co-ordination with the Auditors to complete the inspection on time and collecting the Inspection Reports.
- Scrutinising & Summarizing observations pointed out in the Inspection Report
- Maintaining and updating Manual/mechanisms for Inspection in accordance with SEBIs directions from time to time.
- Maintaining database of Trading Members w.r.t. submission of Internal Audit Report and following up with the Trading Members in this regard
- Supporting for making arrangement and preparation of Agenda for the Board meeting, Committee Meeting & General Body Meeting.
- Implementation of the decisions made in the Board and Committee Meetings.
- Provide the support and help to other departments, Trading Members and Auditors w.r.t. queries related to inspection
