Mumbai Last Date:2012-Nov-24 Job Details: The Company requires the following post: Dy. Company Secretary - (Pay scale E-5 Grade Rs. 32900-58000) – 1 Post Minimum Qualification: The person should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Preference will be given to candidates having degree in Law. Minimum Experience as on 1st November 2012: He should have a minimum experience of 15 years in large companies, independently handling legal and company secretarial matter. He should be well versed with Company Law and procedures, Corporate Governance, SEBI / Stock Exchange Regulations, Taxation Economic Legislation and Rules regarding formation and administration of Joint Venture Companies. Additionally he should be conversant with drafting of contract, Agreements, Deeds and other legal documents. Upper Age Limit as on 1st November 2012: The Upper Age Limit is 45 years.
