Company Secretary (For Firms Corporate Advisory Practice)
Job Description :
- Responsible for formulating entry strategies of foreign corporate
venturing into Indian Market with in the framework of FDI Guidelines and
Foreign Exchange management Act.
- Obtaining the requisite regulatory and statutory approvals.
- Supervising maintenance of Corporate Secretarial records and undertaking company law practices, & statutory compliance.
- Taking care of legal and financial due diligence, advisory on
structuring of business models for transnational proposing to venture in
Indian Market, preparation of opinions/memorandums etc
Candidate :
- Qualified Company Secretary with similar professional experience and
having good knowledge of MS-Office, Internet, E-mail etc., having good
communication skills and fluency in English.
- Excellent
knowledge and expertise in Foreign Direct Investment policies/
procedures, Indian Corporate laws including Industrial & Labour
Laws.
Experience : 7 to 15 years (post qualification)
Emoluments : Open & Negotiable
Location : Delhi, Corporate Office
