Great - Shortcuts for Narration in Tally ERP

Now you can pre-define Narrations in Tally ERP 9 and use it by just pressing the shortcut keys allotted to it by you at the time of entering the vouchers at narration field.

Step 1 : Copy the attached file in tally folder

Step 2 :In Tally Goto : Gateway of Tally–>Press F12–>TDL configuration–>Press F4

Step 3 : Set the value Load TDL on startup=Yes

Step 4 : Set the value List of TDL preload=Narrations.tdl

Done 

Now when you press "Select Company" you will find and additional button "F9: Narrations" just below F12 Configuration 

Click on this button and follow the instruction to save your customized narrations for various type of vouchers
