"1) (Prepare), (examine), or (analyze) accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
 
2) (Respond) to inquiries from the Managment regarding financial results, special reporting requests and
ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.      

3) (Establish) tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.

4) (Develop), (implement), (modify), and (document) recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

5) (Compute) taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
 
6) (Develop), (maintain), and (analyze) budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
 
7) (Analyze) business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
 
8) (Advise) management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
 
9) (Represent) clients before taxing authorities and provide support during litigation involving financial issues.
 
10) (Prepare) forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
 
11) (Monitors) and (analyzes) department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
 
12) (Assist) in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
 
13) (Ensure) an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
     
14) (Ensure) the monthly and quarterly Bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
     
15) (Collaborates) with the other department managers to support overall goals and objectives.
 
16) (Advises) staff regarding the handling of non-routing reporting transactions.
 
17) (Ensure) all financial reporting deadlines are met.
     
18) Shoul be able to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly.
 
19) Shoul be able to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
 
20) Shoul be able to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

33) (Using) relevant information by inspect account books or system for efficiency, effectiveness, or acceptability to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
 
34) Keeping up-to-date technically by updating knowledge of tax laws& regulations, accounting terminology, cost benefit analysis techniques, statistical cost estimation methods etc. and applying them to your job.
 
35) (Providing) information to superiors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
 
36) (Analyzing) accounting information and evaluating results to choose. the best solution and solve problems.
 
37) Fill out business or government forms, prepare financial reports, prepare periodic reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs, prepare tax reports & tax returns.
 
38) Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
 
39) Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
 
40) Working with Computers - Develop or maintain budgeting databases, use accounting or bookkeeping software, use computers to enter, access and retrieve financial data.
     
41) Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
