Good news; Today , Madras HC directs CBDT to extend due date of filing returns to Nov 30.

B) Andhra pradesh high courtYesterday, Andhra pradesh high court has held yesterday that there is no justification to extend TAR and not ITR.Writ filed by ALL INDIA OF TAX PRACTIONERS.Court has directed Cbdt to consider representation of AIFTP for extending date of ITR in tandem with TAR.
C) Gujarat High CourtGujarat High Court stated that TAR is mini Asst.ITR filing is must before filing of ITR. However, we have to wait for notification by IT department.
