2) Meeting with CBDT going on Now.Meeting is going in positive direction for ITR date extension. Extension expected soon
3) Next hearing at court Tommorrow. Let us hope for the best

Update:Writ petition for ITR date extension at Delhi HC:Next hearing on 18th Sept

1) IT dep has accepted that due date of ITR has not been extended.
2) CBDT to provide affidavit to Delhi HC to say that Returns filed with Tax Audit reports will not be considered defective & what will be consequences of filling of ITR without TAR.
