Develop High perfomring team:
Ensure engagement with Managers and Team Leaders through skips and 1-1 discussions. The developmental needs are documented and actioned. Any low performers are provided feedback
Drive people engagement through direct reportees and provide proper guidance and direction to exceed targets.

1. Must have 12 yrs and above experience in BPO or Shared Service Centre.
2. Leadership skills in Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-drive to set his own bench mark on year to year performance and drive results in line with Leadership Goals.
5. Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.

EssentialGraduate
or Post Graduate or MBA with Minimum of 12 yrs of experience of
managing large teams of 50 to 100 team members in a financial BPO.
DesiredProfessional Certification such as CA and Knowledge of Cash Management.
Telecom industry experience with good exposure to best practices within the industry.
