Description

 

Primary job responsibilities:

-Lead the team of indirect tax professionals

-100% indirect tax compliance in terms of VAT, Excise and Service Tax

- Ensure tax return filing on the due dates

- Global Indirect Tax reporting identifying

- Provide timely data for show cause notices and replies to be filed beforethe Excise, Service  Tax and VAT authorities

- Tax Planning and Strategic decision making on various indirect taxstructures

- Work closely with Litigation team to provide inputs, take advise as andwhen required for  Operational efficiency and  positioning from  company perspective - tax structures

-  Handling VAT / Excise / Service Tax for  all entities

- Familiarity with Job work models, export incentives will be an addedadvantage

  -Knowledge of Export related / Trading relatedprocedure (Trading of Goods)

-Knowledge of Merchant export

-GST Implementation

 

 

Experience: Min .15 years of experience of relevant area (Indirect taxation)

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) OR L.L.B with min. 15 years of relevant experience post qualification.
