flu is tightening its grip in the country and spreading fear and
confusion. But before you panic, it's important to know that there are
several general hygiene tips that you can follow to shield yourself and
those around you.
- Hand washing after coughing and sneezing. - Cover the mouth with a disposable handkerchief when coughing or sneezing. - If there is no handkerchief available the inner side of the elbow can be used.
