- Working closely with country CFO providing support to India Leadership team, we are now looking for a Deal/Project Controller that delivers actionable advice to improve Financial Progress of customer contracts and deals within an organizational unit.
- You will manage the end-to-end financial aspect of the customer’s contract and deals to deliver financial performance against the customer’s approved business cases. You are required to engage with and drive various stakeholders to action in accordance with the performance expectations of the deal or contract. You are expected to deliver improvements where possible to improve overall profitability by highlighting and mitigating risks / inefficiencies in execution.

Job description:
In the position with the responsibility you will;
- Manage the end-to-end financial interpretation of the customer’s contract and deals to secure financial performance against approved business cases
- Responsible for the revenue assessment and reassessment in compliance to IFRS15 and to oversee efficient setup for the deal in SAP
- Deliver financial performance in line with the contract and deal/project execution progress through root cause analysis
- Provide actionable feedback on closing quality issues to accountable units and drive resolutions to ensure sustained quality improvements
- Oversee and analyse Balance sheet e.g inventory, capitalization of development expense, CWIP & RUC securing financial performance aligned to contract and deal/project execution progress
- Work in close cooperation with other units in Finance, stakeholders, and other organization with dependencies from a different area to deliver financial performance
Key Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Accounting or Finance equivalent plus either CPA or CA qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in similar position
- Strong leadership skills with end to end financial control of a project
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to influence business outcome
- SAP knowledge and Telco industry experience is a plus
