- Responsible for the Regulatory reporting from Finance perspective.
- Liaising with various auditors - statutory auditors, tax auditors, internal auditors and regulatory authorities
- Has working knowledge on US GAAP, Local GAAP, CH GAAP and IFRS.
- Working knowledge on tax – direct and indirect.
- Achieve strong communications with other infrastructure groups for operational support at the entity level.
- Has handled New businesses and in systems development – Automation of Reg reports etc.
- Has managed Basel 3 - liquidity and capital reporting.
- Sound knowledge of RBI regulations and reporting requirements.
- Sound knowledge of USGAAP and Indian accounting standards.
- Possesses an understanding of Treasury and Investment banking products handled by a Bank in India.
- Good communication and Team player
- Good Excel and other Microsoft skills
- Models and cascades a practice of strict adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements
You Offer –
- Qualifications: CA minimum
- Well versed with Regulatory reporting requirements for a bank.
- At least 6-10 years plus experience with a bank within financial control
