Elections of Office Bearers of Jaipur Branch of CIRC conducted in violation of Revised Directions of the Central Council dated July 2010

Elections of Office Bearers of Jaipur Branch of CIRC have been conducted and all the three EX-Officio members including CA. Vijay Garg (Central Council Member), CA. Pawan Parashar (Regional Council Member) and CA. Nitin Vyas (Regional Council Member) have casted their votes in violation of Revised Directions of the Central Council dated July 2010. The Deputy Secretary, Council Affairs, ICAI has already clarified the matter vide their trail mail dated 28/02/2011 and the said mail has even shown to respected Ex Officio Members present in the meeting in front of the Observer appointed by Kanpur Central office but they have refused to follow the said directions and have casted their votes which they are not supposed to cast....
The results of Elections get affected by said illegal voting and needs to be cancelled.

Kindly look into the matter and declare the elections held to be void and fresh Elections be announced with the clear direction to respected Ex-officio members to not take part in the elections.

Looking forward to your office for making judicial decision in this regard at the earliest so that we need not to go to take any legal proceedings.

It may be noted that the illegal/ unethical casting of votes by Ex-officio members has hurted the feelings of members at large. Kindly protect the interest of members and oblige.
