The Opportunity

To support our goals in this area, we are seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance for our New Delhi, India office. This person will report to the Manager – Finance. This position will be responsible for month end closing, reporting to the U.S. finance team, monthly financial review pack, involvement in budgeting/forecasting, and other duties as assigned.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Month end financial close and U.S. reporting
• Monthly review pack and variance analysis
• Budget/Forecast and Ad-hoc FP&A requirement
• Assistance in Direct Tax compliance, legal compliance, contract vetting, SOX compliance, banking & treasury, etc.

Required skills, education, and experience:

• Chartered Accountant
• 0-3 year post qualification experience (preferable that if the person some FP&A experience)
• Excellent command over MS Office (especailly Excel)
• Interpersonal, Communication and Analytical Skill
