Enforcement directorate probes violations by KS Oils

BHOPAL: The state unit of enforcement directorate (ED) has initiated probe against K S Oils under FEMA rules.

ED team approached Income Tax office Gwalior on Tuesday seeking report on raids conducted on the company in March 2010. The I-T sleuths had allegedly detected tax evasion to the tune of crores of rupees during raids at around six premises of the K S Oils in and outside MP.
