Qualification
Essential :- Associate Company Secretaryship/ Fellow Company Secretaryship. Degree in Law.
Desirable :-CA/ICWA/ MBA will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 10 yrs./ 08 yrs./ 06 years
post qualification experience as on 01.06.2013 in Company Secretary Department in an organization of repute. Candidate should have excellent communication and drafting skills, adequate experience in conducting Board /Committee Meetings / Shareholder Meeting, compliances under Companies Act 1956, e-filling of documents and handling of other secretarial matters.
Role & Responsibility
The job involves compliance of Company Law, Corporate governance guidelines applicable for CPSEs/ Statutory Compliance. Candidate should have experience in conducting Board/Committee meetings/Share holder meetings, compliance under company act 1956, e-filling of documents and handling of other secretarial matters.
