Key responsibilities - IC Cash Settlement process

•  Analyse Intercompany receivables and payables on a monthly or higher frequency
• Generate invoices towards receivables from multiple entities globally in line with local requirements
• Cash settle (both USD and foreign currency) Intercompany Recharges and Transfer Pricing accruals
• Liaison with operations team for timely and accurate settlements
• Perform month end accounting for various departments towards settlements performed.
• Support Global Transfer Pricing & IC Recharges team by providing them with settlement logs for Transfer Pricing and Recharges on a monthly basis for Account Ownership sign off.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Ensure quality static data maintenance and documentation.
• To maintain detailed SOPs for Settlements Process.
• Tracking of open items and ascertain timely remediation steps.
• Ensure no aged balances and intercompany breaks.
• Preparation of governance pack and MIS reports.
• Assisting team members as and when there is a requirement.
• Ensuring smooth, timely and error free monthly process.
• Addressing adhoc requests e.g. audit requests, LECs and tax queriesContinuous improvement of system architecture by implementing products accounting aspects and life cycle.
