Description
The
Client Reporting team is part of the Institutional Asset Management
group within JPMorgan Asset Management and is responsible for producing
and delivering standard monthly and quarterly investment performance
reports to Institutional investors throughout the US.
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for leading a team of 3 to 4 members.
Your primary responsibilities would include -
- Ensuring reports are prepared on a timely basis with the highest level of quality through the use of automated reporting tools and processes
- Assisting the Client Reporting Specialist in maintaining existing reporting procedures, tools and workflows necessary to facilitate the Client Reporting process.
- Approving & handling edits for various client reports. Complete UAT for enhancement in the current business application & handling various projects
- Maintaining a high level of competency when reviewing data and reports, and quickly identifying both data and format issues.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and efficient manner with multiple teams.
- Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the Reporting processes.
- Flawless delivery of all reports
- Have maker / checker methodology in all reports.
Identifying uses of technology to automate processes and developing and completing test plans for new processes and reports.
Qualifications
Qualification
- MBA / CA with 2 - 4 years of experience in financial services.
- Strong Microsoft office skills, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Self starter, able to prioritize key tasks effectively.
- Mentoring & grooming team members.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Need to be creative, flexible and have quantitative skills.
- Ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including immediate, short-term.
