Job Description	Position: Manager - Finance Qualifications: CA with knowledge of SAP is preferred. Experience: 9 to 11 years post CA Qualification. Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad Industry Preference: Power/Steel/Infrastructure Job Summary: Working capital management (Both fund based and non fund based with consortium bankers) Cash flow preparation, Financials preparations (both quarterly and annually) Aixed asset accounting and maintenance with physical verification Application of various laws on day to day activities (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law, etc.) Servicing foreign currency debts Analysis of various expenses, advances, etc. Preparation of monthly MIS Budgeting and Annual Operating Plan Preparation and consolidation Processing of invoice, BRS and month end activities Dealing with bankers for fund disbursement
