From 1st
July 2015 under instructions from the Controller of certifying
Agencies, India the procedure for issue of Digital signature
certificates gets revised and the changes and compliance details
attached for your
reference. The applications / requests not complying to the same shall not be considered for approval.
New verification Guidelines fro digital signature w.e.f 1st July,2015.
In
order to facilitate the CCA order related to Identity Validation
Guidelines, The Certifying Authority is implementing some useful
guidelines related to DSC issuance as given below.
1. Ensure that the Subscriber and the Authorized Person signature will be in BLUE INK.
2.
Ensure that the ID Proof and Address proof are attested either by
Banker, Gazetteer Officer or Post Master only. "Attestation by
LRA/LRAA/Notary/CA or other professionals shall not be valid from 1st
July 2015 onwards"
