Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountancy (CA)
Must have proven experience in handling Finance, Accounts and Commercial.
Main Objective of the Role:
Ensure timely, accurate and proper closure of accounts for the hospital
Ensure required MIS Reports are accurately generated and available on time
Ensure security and appropriate accounting of cash received
Establish systems, structure and controls to ensure Financial security
Ensuring all statutory compliances are met
Monitoring, developing & grooming the subordinates.
Financial management skills
Preparing, reading and analyzing balance sheets of the hospital
Knowledge of all IT rules, Sales Tax and VAT, their computation and other statutory compliances.
Knowledge of Cash flow analysis, trial balance, balance sheet.
Knowledge of capital expenditure for the hospitals, interest costs, depreciation etc.
Knowledge of funds management
Knowledge of costing (costs of various equipment, inventory, ROI on various resources)
Knowledge of fixed and variable costs
Knowledge of how to conduct an audit
Knowledge of working Capital management, monitoring of capital expenditure
Knowledge of budgeting
