Appeal for Medical Aid
I Madhav Pandit Veer, student of ICAI (Reg: WRO0298665) am doing
article ship at L.R. Bangad & Co. at Aurangabad. I am making a humble
request to you, my elder brother Chittranjan Pandit Veer, Age 25, is a patient
of CANCER (HODGKINS) since 4 to 5 years and is being treated in TATA
Institute, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. He was receiving medical aid up to the age
of 25 from BSNL which is my father’s employer, but as per company rules
BSNL does not provide medical aid after the age of 25 even if treatment is
ongoing, this has stopped the financial help required for treatment. As a result
of this his treatment is difficult for us. For further treatment we require another
Rs. 26 lacs, this has been provided through official letter by TATA Institute,
Kharghar on 29 June 2011.
My father is retired from BSNL and his pension is the only source of
income to our family, which is just Rs. 11,990 pm. and not enough for the
treatment and I also do not own any other assets which can support this
treatment. Presently my elder brother who is in his Post Graduation is the main
pillar of my family. Thus for saving his life we need help from a philanthropist
So through this letter I make an humble appeal to everyone to consider
my financial incapability and help me in saving his life with whatever you can.
You can donate through cash or cheque to TATA Institute’s Central Bank
Of India, Naigaon branch Mumbai, account no. 1002449683, TMC (Exten.
Counter) IFSC Code CBIN0011209, to save the life of my brother.
