annual reports, visit management, visit plants, industry visits to
competitors, associations, dealers, distributors, retailers, etc.
• To develop expert knowledge on the company’s business and style of
operation, business model, financials, competition, demand supply
scenario, industry scenario, quality of financials, quality of
management, key risks to business, contingencies involved in the
business, etc.
• Preparation of Initiating Coverage on companies’ allocated post detailed study and visits to companies / managements / plants and industry visits.
• Regular interactions with clients through telephone / meetings / arranging client meetings / plant visits / management meetings / concalls – one-on-one as well as public post result concalls / updating clients on a regular basic on various developments on companies and sectors under coverage.
• Working in teams to contribute to B&K products like Annual Review / Half Yearly Review / Sector reports / compendiums / Theme reports / etc.
• Regular updation on companies through regular visits to plants and managements such as: Visit update – every quarter, Result update – every quarter, contribution to B&K products as and when required, Updates – as and when major developments occurring in the business.
• Arrange meetings / concalls / write ups on companies not under coverage but as and when specifically required by key clients.
• Identifying PE / Merchant Banking / Investment Banking / Mutual Fund opportunities through interactions with corporates to derive second line of opportunity to tap for B&K.
