•Preparation and presentation of MIS, including SBU wise performance review report, plantwise / branchwise profitability summary , Contribution summary & Management P & L.
•Monthly reconciliation between accounts and costing profit.
•Product costing and pricing.
•Inventory analysis and control.
•Detailed analysis of major purchase price variance and yield variance
•Preparation of report on labour, equipment, depreciation, operating expenses, ensuring established procedures are followed.
•Preparation of estimated cost sheets.
•Budget finalization and budgetary control
