Position: Administration and Finance Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience: 12 - 15 Years of experience preferably in IT sector
Qualification: M.B.A (Finance)/ CA
Reporting to: Group Financial Controller /CEO
Skill set:
• Excellent English (written and verbal),
• Ability to lead a Team in Finance, Admin and HR
• Good presentation skills, analytical skills and
logical reasoning
• Knowledge of IT systems such as Tally, Sharepoint and
Microsoft Office would be an advantage
You will have great commercial acumen, strong technical accounting
skills, a solid group reporting history and excellent communication
skills. You will also have exceptional administration and
organisation skills. Knowledge of company law, taxation issues,
government regulations and executive orders is desirable.
Job description
1. Analyze business operations across the Inlogic producing
models including trends, costs, revenues/cashflows, financial
commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses
and provide advice to Executive Management Team and Board. Interact
with top Management and other department Heads
2. Management of company’s budget cycle and ongoing
maintenance including underlying assumptions of the budgets
3. Advise Executive Management team about issues such as
resource utilization and tax strategies
4. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to
recommend, develop, implement or maintain solutions to business and
financial problems
5. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing monthly
reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
6. Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws,
regulations, and Board of Directors & timely completion of all
compliance
7. Prepare monthly cash flow reports and rolling cash flow reports
8. Supervision of accounting, routine transactions such as
salaries, invoicing and payments
9. Responsible for entire office administration such as office
maintenance, facilities, foreign and inland travels
10. Responsible and supervision of the HR administration team
including recruitment, reviews etc.
11. To carry out other duties which may reasonably be required
by the Financial Controller or Chief Executive from time to time in
the course of Inlogic business and which fit the role’s purpose as
stated and for which the position holder is qualified or has received
adequate training or instruction.
