Make Public Names of Top 5 Defaulting Examiners - Also Order 2nd Check of All Sheets

What prevents ICAI from declaring on the websites names of such examiners who are in top 5 in committing mistakes.

To restore confidence, all the answer-sheets of such Top 5 Defaulter-Examiners be re-checked
to ensure that while failing others, have they also passed some who did not deserve.

Will ICAI cover-up or be transparent ?
