Project Overview and Position
Summary:
To provide and oversee
General Accounting Services(Journal entry, G/L reconciliation, compliance
accounting, etc) for the People costs team in General Accounting. Receives
assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to
meet schedules
and goals. Team management, objective setting and performance
review. Supports team in People costs deliverables and Process improvement and
efficiency initiatives. Be a Process Subject expert.

Essential Day to Day
Responsibilities:
• Balance Sheet accounts
reconciliation
• Journal Entry
• Month close activities
• Compliance activities
• Other General Accounting
activities
• Team management
• Any other new reports
required for management review
• Knowledge of treasury,
Revaluation activities is preferable.
Additional Information:
Candidate should be willing to work on any shift during month end close
Education: Graduate degree in
Commerce & Preferably CA/ICWAI inter/Qualified
Required Skills:
• Bachelors Degree in
Finance/Commerce/Business or Accounting - Desirable with accounting background.
• Additional professional qualification preferred.
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• Computer literate with working excellent knowledge of Microsoft
• Experience in SAP or other large Accounting software
• Experience in providing accounting services for large global organizations
• Staff management experience
• Understand the Chart of accounts
• IFRS basic level
