Description

 1) Document business requirements and work with Functional Leads and technology partners to create appropriate Business requirement document 2) Lead to develop end to end test case scenarios to ensure proper business scenarios are tested and system performs according to the business requirements 3) Communicate system issues with technology team and ensure the resolution of the issues 4) Identify any business requirements gaps and communicate that with the functional lead and ensure requirements

Qualifications

 1) At least 5+ years of experience in writing Business Requirement Document, analyze business process, develop test scenarios 2) Prior Credit Risk and Credit Administration experience is preferred. One year of Operations experience would be a plus. 3) Exposue to Collateral Management and legal documentation related to Collateral 4) Ability to communicate with senior management and present team performance for management review 5) Strong ability to structure effective end to end UAT scripts and perform test execution 6) In depth of knowledge of Quality Center (QC) 7) Strong ability to interpret business requirements for the purpose of liaising with Technology Developers 8) Great communications capability (oral and written) 9) Knowledge of Banking Domain especially Risk Management is preferred 10) Experienced with testing process improvements 11) Capability to take-on new initiatives 12) Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools and data base concepts 13) Strong personality and able to manage “challenges” and mitigate “Risk” 14) Knowledge and experience with testing practice 15) Manages tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes and ability to work under pressure and tight timeline 16) MUST be an expert with Excel (including VBA coding) and PowerPoint 17) Preferably should have Project management experience 18) Preferably should have CFA or CPA/ CA professional charters
