We Offer...

• Own system configuration and allocation monthly allocation processes using PeopleSoft Activity Based Management (ABM). Interface with partner teams to ensure that monthly activities complete on track.
  
• Improve operational efficiency of calculation and update of allocation keys by maintaining/enhancing Excel templates, MS Access tools.
• Provide timely and accurate response to Controllers and Front Office queries on allocation.
• Participate in Planning and execution for half yearly stat update and Budget allocations in accordance with agreed timelines
• Continuous system and process improvements, creating control mechanism and documentation of end to end allocation processes

You Offer...

• Work experience of 7+ years in either or a combination of the following: Banking services, Financial Services, IT industry or Audit & Advisory services industry.
• Strong acedamic background. Preferably CA or MBA in Finance.
• Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel macro development. Experience in VBA is desirable but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in Cost Allocations processes is highly preferred
• Strong written and oral communication and inter-personal skills
• Good team player
• Experience of process change management and benefit realization
