Controller
We Offer...
Own
system configuration and allocation monthly allocation processes using
PeopleSoft Activity Based Management (ABM). Interface with partner teams
to ensure that monthly activities complete on track.
Improve
operational efficiency of calculation and update of allocation keys by
maintaining/enhancing Excel templates, MS Access tools.
Provide timely and accurate response to Controllers and Front Office queries on allocation.
Participate in Planning and execution for half yearly stat update and Budget allocations in accordance with agreed timelines
Continuous system and process improvements, creating control mechanism and documentation of end to end allocation processes
You Offer...
Work
experience of 7+ years in either or a combination of the following:
Banking services, Financial Services, IT industry or Audit &
Advisory services industry.
Strong acedamic background. Preferably CA or MBA in Finance.
Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel macro development. Experience in VBA is desirable but not mandatory.
Prior experience in Cost Allocations processes is highly preferred
Strong written and oral communication and inter-personal skills
Good team player
Experience of process change management and benefit realization
