Essential Responsibilities
Should be an SME on handeling / managing Globally mobile employee population
Coordinate and Laise for all international moves into / outside country
Have good hold on individual / expatriate taxations - Inbound / Outbound
Drive DTAA / SSA documentations to safeguard social securities
Ensure compliance around immigration / incountry laws around International Workers
Manage / control all utility / benefit payments to expats
Be the focal point of contact for all expat related queiries / escalations
Manage / Supervise payroll for International workers
Coordinate and Laise for all in country setup for Inernational moves into country (Home lease / FRRO Registrations)
Review and provide inputs to Corp HR for any GME related policies
Good knowledge on Visa process and types
Qualifications/Requirements
- Qualified / Semi Qualified CA with exposure to Expatriates / Human Capital
- Should have good knowledge on international moves
