Designation:   Executive /Consultant- Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity

Work Experience:  2-3 years

 Educational Qualification:  MBA/PGDM (Finance)/CFA/CA/ICWA

Major Job Responsibilities

·         This role involves advisory to clients on various types of corporate finance mandates-fund raise, sell-side, buy-side etc

·     Conducting market research & financial Research for the company & Industry

·      Identifying Key Management Personnel for the companies

·      Conducting research over internet using google.com, Bloomberg.com etc

·      Identifying companies which could be potential target for M&A (domestic as well as International) or Fund Raising (Domestic)

·     Financial analysis, Financial Modeling, valuation models, IM preparation, Industry research etc

Skills

·         Good analytical and research skills

·         Strong academic background

·         Should have clear thought process

·         Good written and oral communication skills

·         A positive attitude and high level of commitment

·         Good research skills

·         Proficient in using MS PPT and Excel

·         Can handle multiple projects

Candidate can join within 20-30 days time as a trainee with Probation period of 6 months and will be confirmed based on performance
