Detail of National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) Consultant/ Senior Consultant Recruitment:

NHIDCL invites applications for engaging one Consultant and one Senior Consultant for working in its Finance Division and one Consultant and one Senior Consultant for working in its Human Resource and Administration Division. The engagement shall be at Headquarters in New Delhi for a period of 6 months purely on short term contract basis without any claim for re-employment or permanent employment.

Monthly Consolidated Remuneration: – a. Consultant Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand only). b. Sr. Consultant Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand only).

Education Qualification & Experience required:-

Consultant for HR division:

1. Essential:- Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
2. Desirable :- (i) Degree in Law or (ii) Master in Business Administration, or (iii) Post graduate degree/ diploma in Public Administration. Having knowledge of computer applications, internet, MS office etc.
3. Experience:- At least two years experience in the field of Administration at the level of Section  Officer / Deputy Manager or equivalent or above in Central Government/State Government/ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs. i.e in Grade Pay 4800/- or above in CDA pattern /equivalent IDA pattern.

Sr. Consultant for HR division:

1. Essential:- Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
2. Desirable :- (i) Degree in Law or (ii) Master in Business Administration, or (iii) Post graduate diploma in Public Administration. Having knowledge of computer applications, internet, MS office etc.
3. Experience:- At least four years experience in the field of Administration at the level of Under Secretary/ Manager or equivalent or above in Central Government /State Government / Autonomous bodies/ PSUs i.e in Grade Pay 6600/- or above in CDA pattern /equivalent IDA pattern.

Consultant for Finance division:

1. Essential:- Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
2. Desirable :- (i) Intermediate Chartered Accountant; or (ii) Intermediate Cost Accountant;
3. Experience:- At least two years experience in the field of Finance at the level of Section Officer / Deputy Manager or equivalent or above in Central Government/State Government/ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs. i.e in Grade Pay 4800/- or above in CDA pattern /equivalent IDA pattern.

Sr. Consultant for Finance division:

1. Essential:- Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
2. Desirable :- (i) Intermediate Chartered Accountant; or (ii) Intermediate Cost Accountant; or MBA with finance as a subject.
3. Experience:- At least four years experience in the field of Administration at the level of Under Secretary/ Manager or equivalent or above in Central Government /State Government / Autonomous bodies/ PSUs i.e in Grade Pay 6600/- or above in CDA pattern /equivalent IDA pattern.

Selection Procedure for National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) – Consultant/ Senior Consultant Post:

2. The eligible shortlisted candidates will be selected for engagement on the basis of interview to be conducted at NHIDCL’s Headquarter.
