Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Lucknow Chartered Accountants’ Society shall be held on Wednessday, 30^th November, 2011 at 04.00 p.m. at Jaishanker Prasad Sabhagar, Rai Umanathbali Auditorioum, Kaiserbagh, Lucknow to transact the following business: -

 

1.      To Adopt Minutes of the previous General Meeting

 

2.      To receive and adopt the Report of the Managing Committee and Annual accounts of the society for the year ended 31^st March 2011 together with the Auditor’s report thereon.

 

3.      To appoint auditors.

 

4.      To transact such other business as may be brought before the meeting with the permission of the Chairman.
