ITR and TAR uploading Grievances may be lodged at Government Portal

>1. Website and Helpline was not working.
> Income Tax Efiling portal was not capable to handle traffic of TAR and ITR. Due to that your assesse prevented from filing.
>
>2. Frequent Version Changes in schema of ITR and TAR.
>
>3. RTGS and NIFT was closed on last working day. This created hardship of non payment of Direct and Indirect Taxes. Assessee were forced to pay extra.
>
>4. Notification issued on 26 th September 2013 was confusing. It was necessary to issue clear notification due to frequent changes in Forms.
>
>5. The mails were not responded in many cases.
>
>6. You were prevented to from Audit due to Date of Birth issues.

>7. Schema of ITR and TAR has many defects. Only few problems resolved. Many problems are not still resolved like additional Depreciation.

>8. Schema is not tested properly. Further suggestions given are not understood to CBDT and rather they ignore the suggestions.

>9. Income Tax Department was opened yesterday upto 8 PM and portal was not working till 12 PM and you could not file the return due to that.

>10. There was no printing facility in schema. But notification dated 26 th September 2013 state about physical submission. This is total contrast.

>11. Finance Ministry has given relief this year in following cases due to schema problems such as
>
>a) Income Tax Return was extended by 5 days for 31st July 2013.
>b) Service Tax Return was extended by 10 days for March 2013 quarter.
>
>In spite of problems , CBDT forcefully not increased date inspite of their own mistakes. Interestingly the Tax revenue is increased by 13% as compare to last year.
>
>
>The load shedding problem of Maharashtra and frequent downtime of Internet was totally ignored. Central Government forgot event of heavy rain of Uttarakhand.
>
>CBDT has ignored the time value loss due to schema changes.
>
>
>You may furnish the complaint after preparing the list of your clients and it will help you to fight you on Individual basis.
>
>Even Assessee can also lodge complaint and you may request client by helping him in this way.
