Our client, a MNC consulting firm is seeking – Sr. Associate for its Transaction Advisory team

 

Position: Sr. Associate – Transaction Advisoy (M&A)

Client: MNC Consulting firm

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: CA

Experience: 2-5 years of Post Qualification Experience  

 

Role: Following are the key responsibilities and activities to be carried out

 

• Carrying out technical research required for delivering on the job
• Advising clients on entry strategy.
• Work on Due Diligence, valuation, transaction structuring assignments.
• Look at economic tax, regulatory environment, including FEMA, SEBI, MCA, Tax, FDI, etc and advice client accordingly.
• Helping clients/ seniors with commercial negotiations.
• Execute analyses on target companies and/or markets for the purpose of validating key assumptions and drivers.
• Execute projects from initial data collection and analysis to creating final client deliverables that meeting firms quality standards.
• Understand the client and his needs.

 

Requirements: Following are the skills, knowledge and experience required

 

• Post qualification experience or 2 - 5 years in due diligence & valuations/ Transaction support or Transaction advisory.
• The candidate having consulting background will be preferred, however, we can look at profiles of candidates having strong Transaction Advisory experience/ Corporate Finance in MNC
• Supporting and Coordinating: Working with People, Adhering to Principles and Values

• Analysing and Interpreting: Writing and Reporting, Applying Expertise and Technology.
